This ministry takes into consideration the needs of women in the church and meets these needs in various ways.

Women’s Bible Study
Women’s Bible Study provides opportunity for women of all ages to share life experiences as they study God’s Word.

Female Mentoring Program
This program focuses on young males and females, of African- American descent, between the ages of 9-17. The goals are to: improve academic performance, increase social and cultural awareness, provide recreational activities, prevent school drop-outs, and provide mentees with a positive adult role model through one-on-one mentoring.

SJBC Cluster Ministry
If you have been trying to find a way to connect with God and His family in 2010, this is your chance. In order to provide the kind of community that is necessary and desired, our church is moving towards building smaller communities – membership clusters. Joining a cluster is a great way to get to know each other and grow closer – to each other and God. In the cluster ministry, you will experience honest communication, deeper friendships and a growing intimacy with God.
